• PULSE was able to help. First, by installing our hardware to monitor key performance indicators on their system (Delta T, Run Time, etc.) Second, by running all the data collected through our software which painted a clear picture of the system’s performance.

• The issue this company faced is not uncommon for manufacturing facilities all over the world. The company had no measurements or data (other than their monthly gas bill) to understand their system.

• With no context they didn’t know whether to replace their system like for like or to re design.

Analysis:

PULSE was able to detect when the optimal time was to clean the vacuums. Typically, the cleaning process would force them to shut down operations as it took two hours to clean.
